How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and usually arrive within 7-12 business days. We ship to the United States only.

When should I order for Christmas?

Please order by November 30 for Christmas delivery.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Every order includes tracking, and we email you the tracking details once your order ships.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from our partner suppliers with tracking. Sip & Board is an online-only shop with no physical store.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. You don't need to send the item back, though we may ask for a photo.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us a photo at hello@sipandboard.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible at hello@sipandboard.com. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll change or cancel it. If it has already shipped, our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee still applies.
